The Democratic Activist Supreme Court that is legislating from the bench, if they wish to legislate should be held under the standard scrutiny that standard legislators have. As demonstrators gather in front of he US Supreme Court, the State Supreme Court here in Pennsylvania should be held under the standard. Choosing Supreme Court Judges is essential to get our Commonwealth to a place where we can function, and the placement of a weak Executive Governor Wolf, aligned with a Activist Supreme Court, leads to a State that is open for manipulation from outside and forces that do not care about the citizens. If we plan to take everything back, the local elections are critical, taking Governor and State Supreme Court, as well as Senate and House are important to deal with all the excess that has polluted the minds, and aligned with Washington lobbyists.
Local candidates should be preferred. I personally voted for PA candidates that were local, but the millions poured in, shows the impact of money on elections – if anyone plans to run, the challenges will need to build greater loyalty that is far more wide spread and clandestine to take and reform parties in need of reform.
If they wish to not abide by jurisprudence and the laws of the Commonwealth, their actions should be on their head for imposing tyranny on all residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and instead of complying by legal standards and codified statutes, they are changing the law and this should be susceptible to all the in your front confrontations to them and their family. All protections should be removed, since they are no longer upholding the law – and imposing subjective terms onto the citizens of the Commonwealth. The decisions they make are only indicative of their radical progressive agenda.
In a state where the ratio of Republicans to Democrats is suppose to be 1:1 there are 5 judges that are Democrat, 1 that is Republican voting Democrat and 1 Republican.

Although my comments are a mere opinion, the facts show that a result of a few people that did not look at the law, and actually decided to adjust it during a pandemic, not even enforcing Real-ID, shows that clearly these parties were up to no good. Personally I have to say that if they had even as much taken any money for these decisions they pushed, may the hand of the Lord be upon them and their families until they confess, repent and make amends to the citizens of the Commonwealth, and they should be delivered to eternal fire. To betray your State, your vows, and your fiduciary responsibility, may the hand of the Lord be heavy on them – and because they did not show compassion or any forethought to the disaster and results of a devastated State, may all the curses of the book be upon them. This is how firmly I believe they – as justices have betrayed everyone in this State and may it not be forgotten because they have betrayed you all. How do you end up with so many Democrat Judges that are Activist? How do you end up with corruption that runs deep? Look at the structure of the State and from Governor to State Supreme Court – the fish stinks from the head down. Even if a Republican Governor comes in, the State Supreme Court is legislating from the bench. Remove their safeties and just as you see people in Washington DC get in the face of US Supreme Court judges, what happens when they actual get people in their face.
Cases to address Voter Fraud will be stopped by the State Supreme Court because they are Partisan. Mailings and proof that people do not reside in Pennsylvania will be avoided by the State Supreme Court. When they do this, for each loss vote and the pollution of our electoral system, may a rock in a sock be in placed, and they each be hit with it for every resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A Corrupt Court that does nothing about Voter Fraud – did not uphold Real ID and are truly the scum of the earth.
If mob’s arise because of this, they are justified, because they make laws contrary to the laws on the book – and in doing so should reap the benefits that result from this straying.
