There has been a push for Windmills on the Jersey shore and the residents are powerless to do anything. The Governor seems to have pushed this and the links of influence should be recorded and each person in NJ needs to remember and hold corrruption accountable. Whether or not whales die, or birds get crushed, or gallons of oil from the new mills cause environmental damage in the future – it will be a quality of life issue in the future.
Keep in mind we do need energy – but if we look at the best sources, like SMR’s and geothermal – as well as a gradual move from Fossils – for a net zero environment these can be achieved without greasing corrupt officials.
NJ – this will be your shore in the future. It will suck and encourage more people to move away. Your investments will suck as well.
The plans show this which seem to be greased up with government bureaucrats opposing the views of residents.
We talk about energy – but like I mentioned SMR’s – geothermal – and fossils – without the destruction of the waters that are needed fish and tourism. Gallons of oil in these mills will spill and while the CCP is over farming fish in South America and international waters, we should consider the environmental impact.
If we talk about waste – we should learn from Sweden – but no one is using a four phase initiative to help clean up and make sure we don’t pollute, while once again the same cronies that lost billions in the Meadowlands and caused pensions to lose fortunes, are running the Uniparty to New Jersey’s downfall.
